Save time and streamline your payment processes by submitting federal tax payments and loan payments online with the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS).  Provided free by the U.S. Department of Treasury, the EFTPS eliminates time consuming trips to the bank by accepting all federal tax payments online or by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With the simple system, there's nothing to learn and no programs to install.  You can enroll at www.eftps.gov or by phone at 1.800.555.4477 for business taxes, or 1.800.316.6541 for individual taxes.

Before enrolling, be sure to have your Taxpayer identification Number or Employer Identification Number (business), your Social Security Number (individual) and your United Community Bank routing number, account number and account type.

Business customers have the option of making payments directly from their business account or through United Community Bank's ACH service.  Call your local representative or one of our Business Service Professionals at (866) 270-6100 to see which option is best for you.
