+ Activate Your Card and/or Change Your PIN

  • You may activate your card by calling 1-800-992-3808, and then following the automated system prompts.
  • You may change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) by calling 1-800-992-3808 or by visiting a United Community Bank ATM.
  • You must activate your card within six months.
  • Your card must be used at least once during a 12-month period to maintain active status.
  • If you've received your replacement card, your existing PIN will activate your replacement card. Please activate your card by calling 1-800-992-3808 or at any ATM. Once your new card is activated, you may destroy your old card.

 
+ Lost/Stolen Debit Card?

If your debit card has been lost or stolen, it is important that you report the missing card immediately. Assistance is a phone call away.  

During business hours: Contact your local bank office as soon as possible or call 1-706-439-6600 and ask for the Debit Card Department.  

After hours: Call 706-439-6600 and press 3 to be directed to the card center to report and block your lost or stolen debit card. Then, contact your local branch on the next business day to order a replacement card.  

Immediate reporting ensures potential losses will be kept to a minimum.
