Report a Lost or Stolen Card

Has your debit card been lost or stolen?

If so, report your missing card immediately:


During business hours: Contact your local United Community Bank branch as soon as possible or call 1-800-UCBANK1 (1-800-822-2651) to speak with a representative in our Customer Contact Center.


After hours: Call 1-800-UCBANK1 (1-800-822-2651), then follow the prompts to be directed to the Card Center in order to report and block your lost or stolen card. Then, contact your local branch on the next business day to order a replacement card.

Immediate reporting ensures potential losses will be kept to a minimum.
