Surprise Squad: Cole's Victory Lap

United Community is proud to partner with the Fox Carolina Surprise Squad to honor Erin and Clint Henderson, the parents of Cole Henderson, who founded a nonprofit in honor of their 3-year-old son who passed away from cancer. Erin and Clint had no idea that the Surprise Squad cleared their wish lists on Target and Amazon plus a van loaded with gifts for them!

Honoring Local Veterans in Greenville, SC

The Fox Carolina Surprise squad honored local veterans in the Greenville area through a donation to Wreaths Across America. This organization works to remember, honor, and teach about fallen veterans. The local chapter worked to place a wreath for every single fallen veteran in Woodlawn Memorial Park for Veterans Day.

Donation to Elementary School in Charleston, SC

The United Community Bank Foundation recently presented a donation to the Sanders Clyde Creative Arts Elementary School in Charleston, SC! United's President, Rich Bradshaw, along with local Charleston employees, also read to several classes at the school and spoke about financial literacy.

Surprise Squad: Mother Helps Daughter

A local Greenville mother was encouraged by the Fox Carolina Surprise Squad at the Meyer Center. Her daughter, Brynley, is a six-year-old with special needs and a big heart. The Surprise Squad presented her with a donation to help with medical expenses.
