Your security is our top priority. But we need your help.
To ensure that your financial information is secure whenever you use the Internet, we’re asking you to take a few minutes right now to make sure you’re using the most current version of your Web browser. That’s because the browser—the software application that lets you surf the Web—also plays a huge role in protecting you and the data you choose to share when you’re online. The most common browsers are Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Mozilla Firefox®, Google Chrome™ and Safari®.
As online fraud and theft evolves, browsers must become more secure with each new version. That’s why companies that provide Web browsers continually release patches to stay one step ahead of fraudsters. So it’s vital that individual users, like you, routinely apply the upgrades to stay protected-on your smartphone, tablet and computer.
Always using a current Web browser is vital to keeping the information you share and the sites you visit secure. This includes the financial information you view and exchange while using Business Online Banking. Knowing you’re using the most current version is one of the best ways to give yourself peace of mind.
There are many versions in use today that provide adequate protection. If you’re using any of these you’re in great shape:
Android Mobile Operating System (OS): version 5.0 (Lollipop) and higher are supported
Microsoft Internet Explorer® 11.0 or higher
Microsoft Edge: all versions supported
Google Chrome™ 38.0 or higher
Mozilla Firefox® 27 or higher
Apple Desktop Safari® version 7 and higher for OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) and higher
Apple Mobile Safari® version 5 and higher for iOS 5 and higher
If you’re unsure which version you’re using, please refer to the browser identifier below which displays the browser you are currently using to access this page. You may also check with the browser provider to make sure it’s current. To do this, simply visit the website of your preferred provider and navigate to their updates/patches.
If you have questions or need assistance updating your browser, please contact us during business hours at 1-800-822-2651 or email@example.com.
Online and Mobile Banking will temporarily be unavailable on the evening of Tuesday, July 24 from 8:00pm-1:00am ET due to a system upgrade that will deliver a more streamlined user experience, now and in the future.
Beginning Wednesday, July 25, the updated system will provide greater visibility and accessibility, along with upgraded features and resources. We are growing the platform and will continue to add more features to enhance your digital banking experience.
While we make these system upgrades, please be aware that Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable Tuesday, July 24 starting at 8:00pm ET until Wednesday, July 25 at 1:00am ET.
Things you will notice starting Wednesday, July 25:
WIRE TRANSFERS—When initiating an International Wire within Online Banking, the only available option for International Account Type is now SWIFT/BIC. You will be prompted to enter SWIFT/BIC and account number, which can be either the normal account number or IBAN that is to receive the funds. This simplification is being made to improve your International Wire processing.
ACCESSIBILITY OPTIONS—Within Online and Mobile Banking, you can now enable high-contrast mode in the new Accessibility Settings. This feature allows you to determine which mode is best for your viewing experience.
