Positive Pay

  • Identify unauthorized payments by comparing presented checks against your electronic check issuance file
  • Receive email alerts allowing you to approve or decline payment on any rejected items
  • Manage these payments quickly and easily through Business Online Banking
  • Provides our tellers with pertinent information to decline any suspicious checks prior to cashing

ACH Debit Block

  • Allows you to block and return all ACH debit transactions presented against designated accounts
  • Automatically returns these unauthorized debits to the originating bank

ACH Debit Filter

  • Preauthorize which ACH debit transactions can be posted against your account (payroll, taxes, etc.)
  • All other ACH debit transactions are blocked and returned to the originating bank

How do I update my email address?

PERSONAL ACCOUNTS: You can update your email address in online banking by clicking on “Change Email Address” from the “Options” menu.
