The MasterMoney® ATM/Debit card from MasterCard® provides anytime access to your money when making purchases or withdrawing money from an ATM. Use this card wherever MasterCard® is accepted and purchases are deducted from your checking account automatically.

Activating Your Card/Changing Your PIN

  • To activate your card, call 800.992.3808 and follow the automated system prompts.
  • To change your PIN, call 800.992.3808 or visit a United Community Bank ATM.
  • You must activate your card within six months.
  • Your card must be used at least once during a 12-month period to maintain active status.
  • If you've received your replacement card, your existing PIN will activate your replacement card. Please activate your card by calling 800.992.3808 or at any ATM. Once your new card is activated, you may destroy your old card.

Has Your Debit Card Been Lost or Stolen?

If so, report your missing card immediately:

During business hours: Contact your local United Community Bank branch as soon as possible or call 706.439.6600 and ask for the Debit Card Department.

After hours: Call 706.439.6600 then follow the prompts to be directed to the card center in order to report and block your lost or stolen card. Then, contact your local branch on the next business day to order a replacement card.

Immediate reporting ensures potential losses will be kept to a minimum.
