Bob Alman

Bob Alman is a senior loan officer with United Community Mortgage Services. I am excited to have the opportunity to work here with all the great products. I have been lending in North GA and the surrounding area for over 7 years. I am licensed in GA, FL, SC, NC, TN and AL. I offer Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. Conforming & non-conforming. I am a graduate of Georgia College & State University, a past president of The Dawson County Rotary Club, & Affiliate of the Year for the 400N Association of Realtors. I am married, 27 years, to a middle school educator Vanessa. We have two kids and two grandkids. I enjoy being active in my community, volunteering, hiking, paddling and boating on Lake Lanier.
