My name is Zabdiel Velez. I am from Puerto Rico and fully bilingual. I entered the mortgage industry in 2017 and gained experience as a Loan Originator Assistant before transitioning into a Mortgage Loan Originator.

Community bank is building relationships with the local community. Helping my customers achieve their
homeownership dreams as a family and guiding them in the right direction is very rewarding.
I reside in Travelers Rest. I have been married for 32 years and have three kids and five grandkids. I am excited that I moved back to the Upstate to be closer to the family and to be able to build more relationships in the local community. Outside of work, love to play baseball, which is my favorite sport.
