Ms. Flores has enjoyed her years as a community banker, since 1980, when she started as a teller. Veronica’s commitment and involvement in the community has been demonstrated in a wide variety of areas. She has served the Florida Bankers Association as a member of the Board of Directors, Political Action Committee and State Government Relations Committee for. Flores served Commercial and Industrial Association of South Florida as their past President and longtime board member. Veronica has served on the board of the Miami Dade Beacon Council for four years. She has the City of South Miami in a variety of roles since 2000. An ardent supporter of ChamberSouth. She is their past Chairman and served on their Board for several years. She is the past President of the South Miami Hospital Associates. Ms. Flores also served on the Board of Directors for Fellowship House Foundation for four years. She is a member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
