Eligibility Details A business customer is considered “new” and eligible for the discount if:
- There is no prior Deluxe order history tied to the bank routing number + account number
- Each unique account number qualifies separately
- The business doesn't currently order checks through Deluxe
- If Deluxe does not have a record of a previous order for that routing/MICR combination
