Austin McVay

Austin has been in the commercial banking industry for 11 years and currently serves as a Commercial Relationship Manager for the Midlands of South Carolina. He is responsible for developing and managing commercial business relationships including new loans, deposit accounts, cash management services, and other bank services.
Prior to joining UCB to help launch the bank's presence in the Midlands market, Austin held various positions at TD Bank, including Commercial Relationship Manager and Credit Portfolio Manager.
He received both his Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and Master of Business Administration from Clemson University.
In addition to his professional life, he is a Board Member for the Lexington Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Board of Directors for Youth Corps, Cabinet Chair of the Palmetto Society and member of the Steering Committee for the Young Leaders Society for the United Way, and a member and Past-President of the Capital City Rotary Club. He is a graduate of the SC Bankers School, Leadership South Carolina and Leadership Lexington County. He and his wife Kelly reside in Lexington with their golden retriever Sadie.​
