Beth Cunningham loves being in the mortgage business. She finds it rewarding to help people with their first home purchase. While the home buying process isn't always easy for first-time buyers, Beth has found they appreciate working with someone who will take the time to really help them understand the mortgage process - and that's exactly what Beth does. She believes this experience should be a happy time, not a frustrating one and she strives to ensure purchasing a home and securing financing is as stress-free as possible.

Beth was drawn to United Community Bank not only for its diverse mortgage programs, but also because of its small town, hometown feel.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, boating on the lake, finding a shady tree and reading a good book.
