Under her 28 years of leadership at ANB, the Bank received numerous awards for its financial performance and community involvement. Ginger received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Florida Bankers Association in 2022.
Ginger currently serves on the boards of the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, National Christian Foundation of South Florida, Awana, NSU Ambassador’s Board, Broward Workshop and Tower Forum. She has previously served on the boards of the Florida Bankers Association (FBA), FBA BancServ, FBA Florida School of Banking, Leadership Broward Foundation, Broward College Foundation, Extraordinary Women Leading Change, Executives’ Association of Fort Lauderdale, and as a former foster parent she served on the board of 4KIDS of South Florida. She is a member of numerous non-profits.
Ginger's passion for fighting against human trafficking has led her on a mountain climbing journey with The Freedom Challenge since 2014. With nine climbs under her belt thus far, including noteworthy climbs of Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2015, Machu Picchu in 2017 & Mt. Whitney in 2018, Ginger has tirelessly raised funds and awareness for the women and children who are victims of human trafficking. As a result, Ginger has been asked to speak to a multitude of different groups, including a TEDx Talk, to tell her story of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and leadership lessons learned along the way.
Ginger earned an MBA from FAU and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Louisiana. She is a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer and Coach.
