Kitty Mauzy is a native Floridian who relocated from the beach to put down roots in the North Georgia mountains. With over 30 years of mortgage banking experience, Kitty has a passion for helping her clients reach their dreams of homeownership. She understands this is one of the biggest purchases her clients have in their lifetime and enjoys navigating them through the many financing options to customize a loan fit for their lifestyle. Outside of her role with United, Kitty serves as an ambassador for the Blairsville Chamber of Commerce. Kitty is also a member of the Mountain Network Referral Group in Blairsville, an organization with the purpose of promoting professional growth through qualified referrals and educational activities. In her free time, Kitty likes fishing on the local lakes and rivers, as well as off-roading mountain trails with her husband.
