Timothy Sousa

Tim Sousa has nearly two decades of experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, with a specific focus on Commercial Real Estate Lending. Throughout his career, Tim has provided financing for real estate transactions in excess of $750 million and has enjoyed playing a role in the tremendous successes his clients have achieved related to their developments and investments. Prior to joining United Community Bank, Tim was First Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager with Valley National Bank where he worked for nearly a decade. Tim is a member of the Real Estate Investment Council, Urban Land Institute, and a Tampa Connection alumni. He is a native of the Tampa Bay area and enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his wife, Jamie, and two wonderful daughters, Sydney and Camryn.
