Enjoy self-service, card-driven transaction capability or interact with a teller who can assist you with your banking needs, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm ET, and Saturdays, 8:00am to 12:00pm ET. Outside of these hours, all United ITMs serve as ATMs.

An Interactive Teller Machine, or ITM for short, combines the convenience of an ATM with the award-winning service delivered by the friendly, knowledgeable United employees you have come to know and trust. Physically, the machine looks similar to an ATM, but with video capabilities that allow you to interact with a teller. Interactive Tellers can help you conduct more transactions than basic ATMs and can answer different questions you might have about your finances or a particular transaction. All this without having to wait in line at the branch.
United Community ITMs still offer the functionality of an ATM where customers can simply withdraw cash, view account balances and perform other basic ATM transactions.

No. Interactive Teller Machines can do many more types of transactions than ATMs. United still has ATMs available to do transactions, like withdrawing cash, or making a deposit. United Community ITMs are ideal for transactions that require a personal teller.
Most in-person teller transactions can be done at one of our ITMs, including cashing checks, cash and check deposits, cash withdrawals, transfers and loan payments and transfers. Please note that United's ITMs cannot accept coins.
All Interactive Tellers are located at a centralized location in Blairsville, Georgia.
