Fast Track Your Career at United Community Bank

The Commercial Credit Fellows Program is a comprehensive program of professional development, mentorship, and on-the-job training that develops the skills participants need to advance in a Commercial Credit career.

Applications are being accepted for the program that starts in June 2023.

  • Full-time position
  • 4-month program
  • Graduate into a Portfolio Specialist I role upon program completion

Commercial Credit Fellows Program Details

Professional Development

Commercial Credit fellows will receive formal learning and development opportunities designed to empower and encourage learning, critical thinking, and career growth.

Community Involvment

Making a difference in the communities we serve is a fundamental aspect of who we are. Commercial Credit fellows will be actively involved in helping create connections with our communities.

Leadership

The program is designed specifically to provide growing opportunities that will develop participants’ leadership ability.

On-The-Job Training

Fellows will work alongside United Community Bank leaders and experience real-life business challenges and see firsthand how our culture of service is delivered to customers every day.

Mentorship

Fellows will enjoy constructive mentorship in a feedback-rich environment that will sharpen their professional edge, grow skills, gain new perspectives, and advance their careers.
