  1. To use the Merchant Capture Account site, version 8 or better of Internet Explorer must be used. To find what version of IE you are running, open the browser, click Help, and select About Internet Explorer. If an upgrade is needed, visit this site and navigate to the updates/patches. 

    The required scanner logging and troubleshooting components can be found here.
    If you are experiencing problems after server maintenance, please follow the steps outlined in this self-help document.
