Kathy McClure has a passion for home lending. She "grew up" in the savings and loan area and held the position of United Community Bank's President of Rabun County. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the finance industry and how a mortgage fits into a borrower's complete financial picture.
Kathy chose to join United Community Bank because of the bank's commitment to service and community. She sees her role as a Mortgage Loan Originator as an opportunity to continue living out that service culture.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys gardening and cooking. She and her husband have been married 40 years. They have one son, who lives in Greenville, SC.
