What you need to know.

We encourage our PPP loan customers to work with your CPA or third-party payroll processing provider to understand the forgiveness rules entirely, the accuracy of your forgiveness application and collect the correct documentation.

The SBA PPP funds have been exhausted; we encourage you to follow the SBA and Treasury for additional program details. Our primary goal is to see you get the capital you need to get through this crisis, and we have resources to help.

If you have applied for PPP Forgiveness:

Your application status may be in the “Submitted to SBA” phase for an extended period of time, but don’t worry! Rest assured we are waiting for SBA approval and we will change your status when the SBA responds. The SBA has acknowledged the need to extend approval times in order to properly review each loan.

If you have not applied for PPP Forgiveness:

First round or second draw loan recipients can apply using our online Portal. You can complete the application digitally and upload any required documents. If you do not have access to our Portal, please contact us online or call us at 555-555-5555, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST with your legal business entity name. We will not be accepting PDF or paper forms.

United CARES Act Resources for You

COVID-19 has significantly impacted nearly every business in our community. The resources below provide guidance to help navigate this unprecedented time.

Protecting your business from PPP fraud

Following the allocation of hundreds of billions of PPP funds earlier this year, the SBA warned about a potential increase in scams and fraud occurrences concerning government funding options. Unfortunately, they were right. Scammers are posing as government officials or claiming to represent the SBA offering assistance or making demands as part of the loan forgiveness process. Click on the button below to learn more about how to protect your business from PPP fraud.

Additional Lending Options

We are proud to offer an array of specialized, SBA lending options. If you are considering the best path forward for your business, our lending experts would be happy to talk you through your options and help find the right financial solution to help you keep the doors open and get your people back to work.

If there is anything we can do apart from the Paycheck Protection Program to assist with your financial needs, please contact your banker or local branch. If you are interested in other possible financial assistance, the SBA has provided a list of relief options here.
