United Community Bank Welcomes Charles Jones as Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager

United Community Bank is pleased to announce that Charles Jones has joined the team as Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager. In this role, Jones will expand existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business in the Charlotte market.
 
“We’re thrilled that Charlie has joined our team,” said Doug Bowman, United Community Bank’s Charlotte Market President. “Charlie has served the Charlotte business community for a long time and he has a great reputation with clients and industry peers.  I know he will be successful and I’m excited to support his efforts.”

Jones has over 25 years of experience in middle-market commercial and corporate relationship management, primarily in the Charlotte region. He has a bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
 
Aligning with United’s core value of community engagement, Jones has been involved in several local organizations including St. Matthew Catholic Church, Raintree Country Club and the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance Economic Development Advisory Council.
