    • Select Personal or Business above—review and accept Service Agreement and Disclosure Statement associated with these services.
  • Step 2
    • You will need your account number, social security number, date of birth and access to your email or phone to receive your Secure Access Code (SAC).
  • Step 3
    • Follow the onscreen instructions to complete enrollment.

  • Step 1
    • Download the United Community Bank Mobile Banking App from the App Store® or the Google Play Store™, available on any iOS® or Android™ device.
  • Step 2
    • Log in using your Login ID and password.
Enroll for eStatements.

View, search, save and print statements for all your United Community Bank accounts. It’s totally free, and you can do it from home or on the go.

  • Step 1
    • Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Step 2
    • Select Delivery Options within the Statements/Notices menu.
  • Step 3
    • Select the pencil icon beside the account(s) you’d like to enroll and change the delivery type to eStatement.
  • Step 4
    • Accept the Delivery Agreement and follow the onscreen instructions to complete enrollment.
Set up your bills to be paid.

Get the past, present and future activities of all your bill payments in one place. Access it all from your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

  • Step 1
    • Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Step 2
    • Select Pay Bills.
  • Step 3
    • Follow the onscreen instructions to complete enrollment.
Make deposits from your mobile device.

Ever taken a check selfie? No worries, all you have to do is snap a picture of your check and deposit it directly to your account. It’s that easy.

  • Step 1
    • Utilizing Mobile Deposit first requires downloading the United Community Bank Mobile App. The app is available on any iOS® or Android™ device on the App Store® or the Google Play Store™.
  • Step 2
    • Deposit your first check within Mobile Banking. Tap the deposit icon and select New Deposit. Choose the account for deposit, enter the check amount and select Continue.
  • Step 3
    • Simply snap a photo of a paper check and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the deposit. Please note, you should keep the physical checks in a secure place until your deposit posts.
Enroll in Pay Friends.

A quick, easy, secure and free way to send money to anyone with a mobile phone number or email.

  • Step 1
    • Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Step 2
    • Select Pay Friends from the left menu, then select Get Started.
  • Step 3
    • Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  • Step 4
    • Enter your United Community Bank debit card information and verify.
Utilize Card Controls

Manage your debit card from your mobile device, as well as set spending limits, lock/unlock its use, and even use GPS to limit transactions to a specified allowable location.

  • Step 1
    • Download the Card Controls App from the App Store® or Google Play™ Store.
  • Step 2
    • Register at least one card and select New User to start the process.
  • Step 3
    • Enter your 16-digit card number, your security validation number, expiration date, registered address and zip code.
  • Step 4
    • Accept the Terms and Conditions and create your username/password.
Register for Overdraft Management.

We've all been there. Fortunately for you, however, you have options.

  • Courtesy Overdraft Coverage
    • This coverage comes standard for eligible United Community Bank personal checking accounts1.
  • Courtesy Overdraft with ATM and Debit Card Coverage
    • Optional coverage can be added to Courtesy Overdraft that covers overdrafts for everyday debit card transactions2.
  • Overdraft Protection Transfer
    • This optional coverage allows you to link your account to another United Community Bank savings3 or checking account, money market or a line of credit4 that will be used to cover overdrafts.
